FAQ What does the application do exactly? Our application works as a relay between locksmiths and customers. It uses the information you provide i.e. what kind of service you need and your location, in order to reach out to your nearest locksmith companies and offer you several quotes at the same time. Think of it as Uber for locksmith services. What if the service I need is not listed on the app menu? If you need a very particular type of service that is not listed on the app service menu, just choose the service that presents the closest fit and then explain the details to the technician when he/she arrives on site. You also have the option to text or call the technician beforehand directly from the app. What if I just want to call the technician? One of the benefits of our application is that it allows you to contact the technician directly as well. The great thing about it, is that you can still compare multiple rates and price offers beforehand so you don't have to call each individual locksmith separately.
